Enrol · ₹499A 7-Day Journey Back to Yourself
Learn to treat yourself with the same compassion, patience and understanding you so freely give to others.
The 7-Day Self-Love Challenge is a guided journey to help you recognise self-critical patterns, understand your emotional needs and begin building a kinder relationship with yourself.

Does this feel familiar?
Sometimes, the way we treat ourselves is shaped by what we learned to believe about ourselves.
You feel guilty when you prioritise your own needs.
You are harder on yourself than you would ever be on someone you love.
You keep seeking approval, even when it leaves you exhausted.
You struggle to acknowledge your achievements because you feel you should be doing more.
You find it difficult to say no without feeling selfish.
You dismiss your own emotions while taking care of everyone else's.
What if self-love wasn't about becoming someone new, but learning to relate to yourself differently?
A gentle reframe
Self-love isn't about constant positivity, putting yourself above everyone else, or avoiding responsibility. It means learning to:

“I should have known better. I always mess things up.”
“I made a mistake. What can I learn, and what do I need right now?”
“Saying no makes me a bad person.”
“My needs matter too. I can say no with kindness.”
“I haven't done enough to rest.”
“Rest is part of caring for myself, not a reward.”

In their words
“Over the past 7 days, I've learned to meet myself with awareness, compassion and care.”
- I chose awareness over judgment and kindness over force.
- I learned that self love doesn't make fear disappear. It means acknowledging fear and still choosing myself gently.
- I worked on internal and external boundaries, expressing my needs and protecting my energy.
- I released perfectionism, comparison and the pressure to overdo for others.
- I now understand that rest and care are part of healing, not rewards, and even when overwhelmed, I don't abandon myself.
My body feels safer
My mind feels clearer
My spirit feels a deeper connection
“This challenge has transformed my life. I am learning to show up for myself with love, courage and presence.”
I used to lower my standards to please others. After this, I started giving priority to my preferences and feelings.
This is a fabulous challenge which reminds us of all the aspects which we need to take care of ourselves.
Well curated course. It teaches the importance of self care and self love, which we tend to put aside while doing multiple roles and multitasking, and in the process become victims of self criticism and the pressures of perfectionism. Self care is not being selfish, but acknowledging and accepting ourselves as we are, perfectly imperfect humans.
Self-love isn't about becoming perfect or always feeling confident. It's about choosing to stand by yourself even when your inner critic is loud… even when you're afraid of what others might think. Many women don't struggle because they lack strength. They struggle because they've spent years seeking approval, avoiding judgment and putting everyone else first. This week is about taking the first step back to yourself.
